1. Introduction

Welcome to Astromeg. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, products and services, including digital content such as e‑books, videos, webinars, courses, personalized astrology readings, coaching and other materials (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Astromeg is registered in the Philippines and operates from Quezon City, Metro Manila. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Astromeg. "You" or "your" refers to the user of our Services.

2. Eligibility and Use

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or that you are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Services and Digital Products

Astromeg offers digital products and spiritual/educational services such as astrology readings, meditations, e‑books, virtual workshops and recorded content. These items are intangible and delivered electronically. Under Philippine consumer law, downloadable content is generally not refundable once accessed, unless it is faultyrespicio.ph. Accordingly:

  • Instant access: Upon payment confirmation you will receive immediate access to digital products.

  • Non‑transferable: Purchases are for your personal use only. You agree not to share, resell or distribute our content without our written permission.

  • No guarantee of results: The information provided is for educational and spiritual purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Any testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical.

4. Payment and Refunds

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required before access to digital products or scheduling of services.

Refund Policy:

  • Digital goods: Because digital downloads and streaming content cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final once they have been accessed, unless the product is defectiverespicio.ph. If you experience technical issues that prevent access, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the problem.

  • Live services: For private readings or coaching sessions, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed appointments are non‑refundable. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time or offer a refund.

  • Defective content: Under the Internet Transactions Act and Consumer Act of the Philippines, online consumers are entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement or refund for defective productspwc.com. If any digital product you purchase from us is defective (e.g., corrupted file), please notify us within seven (7) days with proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We will replace the product or provide an equivalent product at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations

Once an order for digital goods is paid and processing has begun, the order may not be canceledpwc.com. For live appointments, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to attend or cancel without notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

All content provided by Astromeg, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, videos and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights;

  • Transmit any viruses, malware or harmful code;

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts.

Our Services may contain links to third‑party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Astromeg. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third‑party sites. Accessing any third‑party site is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astromeg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Astromeg, its owners, employees, affiliates and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms
